Situada sobra una pequeña playa de la zona de Es Grau llamada Cala en Vidrie es donde se encuentra este precioso edificio antiguo. Aunque está en la costa norte de Menorca se encuentra orientada al sur. Gracias a su orientación, se puede disfrutar de muchas horas de sol con vistas al pueblo de Es Grau. Posiblemente la casita de playa con más encanto de la isla. Este edificio ofrece casi 80m². En la terraza, resguardado de la calurosa caricia del sol mediteraneo se disfruta de un ambiente inigualable. El edificio esta distribuido en 2 plantas. La planta baja construida con piedra y mortero, con un grosor de un metro, demuestra el tipo de construcción de la época. Sobre esta estructura robusta se construyó la primera planta con mares.
