At Cercam Casa we collect as little data as possible: only what we need to run the search and send the newsletter.

What data we process

We only process your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter, plus anonymous technical data such as the IP address the server logs for security. We do not create user accounts or ask for any other data.

Purpose and legal basis

Your email address is used only to send you the newsletter with new homes and price drops, on the legal basis of your express consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Technical data is used to protect the service and detect abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

Audience measurement (analytics)

We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to learn in aggregate how many visits each page receives and where they come from. GoatCounter uses no cookies, stores no persistent identifier in your browser and performs no cross-site tracking.

Who we share it with

The newsletter is sent through Listmonk and the hosting service we use. We never sell or hand your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Where a processor is located in a third country, we will ensure that an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists or, failing that, that appropriate safeguards protect your data to the same standard as within the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, at which point we delete it. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of thirty days.

What your rights are

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing. Write to us and we will respond. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies

This site only uses a session cookie to remember the language you pick. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

No consent banner is needed, because no tracking or advertising cookie is installed.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypting traffic over HTTPS and restricting access to stored information.
