What Cercam Casa is

Cercam Casa is a search engine that gathers property listings published by estate agencies in Menorca. We are not an estate agency and we take no part in any sale or rental.

Acceptance

Using the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

Funding and advertising

Access to the site is free. To fund the service we show Google AdSense ads. Personalised ads are only enabled if you accept advertising cookies; if you reject them, we still show you non-personalised ads and the site keeps working normally.

Ads are third-party content. We do not control the products, services or offers advertised, nor are we party to any contract you make with the advertiser. The advertiser and the platform serving the ad are responsible for its content, and we do not guarantee that the information they publish is accurate or available.

Agency listings

Listings, prices and photos come from the agencies and are their responsibility. Although we refresh the information every day, we cannot guarantee that it is accurate or that the property is still available.

No information published on the site constitutes a binding offer, professional advice or a warranty as to the condition of a property. Any contract is made exclusively between you and the agency.

User obligations

You may use the search for personal use and you may access it automatically to extract its public content. However, you may not use it in a way that harms the service, such as overloading or disrupting it.

You must neither attempt to access systems or data not intended for you, nor alter or disrupt the operation of the site by any technical means.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee an uninterrupted service. We are not liable for the decisions you make based on the information on the site or for the transactions you carry out with the agencies.

Intellectual property and links

The site content we own, such as the design and the translations, is protected. Listings and agency trademarks belong to their owners, and we are not responsible for the content of the third-party sites we link to.

Suspension of the service

We may suspend, restrict or modify the service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, technical reasons or any other circumstance that justifies it, without any right to compensation.

Changes and applicable law

We may change these terms; the version published on this page is the one that applies. They are governed by Spanish law and the courts of the Balearic Islands have jurisdiction over any dispute.
